Relief

Mind on overload

Lace up y therapy shoes

Freed by sweat and trails

New Wave

Tides are turning now

Unsure what is rolling in

Sand awaits imprint

Dawning

Releasing my grip

These things no longer serve me

Open to new day

Release

Writing clears the soul

Connecting with your true self

River of thoughts flow
